Please find below the link the Boundary Commission page for the South Gloucestershire Review. Also attached is a copy of the draft report and map for information.
There is a consultation page on the South Glos Council website for the consultation. Any comments/responses will be sent directly to the Boundary Commission. Any resident, town or parish council or interested individual can send any comments on the review directly to the Boundary Commission and the details are given within the draft recommendations report and the web link is below.
Copies of the draft recommendations and map have been circulated electronically to those town and parish councils directly impacted by the review (i.e. the commission are proposing changing the internal boundaries of the town or parish council), paper copies are available at our one stops shops and at Filton, Staple Hill, Emersons Green and Thornbury Libraries. Comments can also be passed back via the town and parish council forum which is next meeting on the 2 October 2017. At this point in time I expect for a member of my team to attend that forum to take note of comments so they can be passed to the commission. We will also be using social media to publicise the review and have asked the commission to provide posters for distribution throughout South Gloucestershire.
