South Gloucestershire County Council have approved the proposal at Homefield and given it planning permission with a raft of conditions that are not realistically attainable.
If this site is "suitable" what chance have we got of defending any field in South Gloucestershire against a similar decision within the current planning rules?
The Hall End Action Group are campaigning against two proposed Gypsy/Traveller sites in the Ladden Brook valley North of Yate and Chipping Sodbury. This page provides a summary. Follow this link for details of the campaign against Homefield, Hall End. Follow this link for details of the campaign against Tanhouse Lane, Rangeworthy.
We are planning to hold a social evening at some point in the future. We are aiming for this to be a fund-raising event, All contributions/help with this welcome. Let us know what you can offer.
The action group funds are running low, and we anticipate needing to raise another £1000, mainly for professional fees. If you or a friend can afford to contribute a little more this will be more than welcome. Cheques should be made payable to Hall End Action Group and sent to the HEAG.c/o Hall End Cottage, Hall End, GL12 8PD
